Bethel was born in Manila and was raised in Laoag City, Philippines. Growing up as a pastor’s kid, she was exposed to the challenges of full-time ministry and gave her the passion to work with ministry families. She partners with Practical Shepherding by providing counseling to pastors’ wives.
