1. What happens in a counseling session?
Think of it as a safe, private conversation where you can unpack your thoughts, explore your story, and be gently guided toward healing, growth, and clarity. You set the pace.

2. Is everything I say confidential?
Yes — with a few important exceptions (like harm to self or others, abuse). Your safety and trust are my top priority.
3. How long does each session last?
Typically, 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available upon request.
4. How often should I come?
Most people start with weekly sessions, then shift to biweekly or monthly as needed. We’ll create a rhythm that fits your life and your needs.
5. How many sessions will I need?
It varies. Some people come for a few months, others for longer. We’ll check in often to make sure it’s helping.
6. How much does it cost?
Sessions are $45 for pastors’ wives and women in ministry. Let’s talk if cost is a barrier.
7. What if I’m nervous or unsure if counseling is right for me?
Totally normal. You’re not alone. Many people feel that way at first — just showing up is already a brave first step.
